First Scenario
Setting
The setting, where this scenario takes place, is the portal of Õpilasmalev. The page lies in the address minu.malev.ee. The portal works as a intersection for every type of information put in by its user base.
Actors
The actors involved in the scenario are Kati (the primary user) and the portal itself.
Goals
The user goals in this scenario are to share content with her camp friends. The content under discussion are videos, photos, blog-posts, tweets etc. about her experience in Õpilasmalev.
Her secondary goal is to access similar content published through Õpilasmalev by her camp-friends.
Her tertiary goal is to receive and browse updated information about her camp in Õpilasmalev portal.
Actions
The action she partakes, are the entering of different social media channels of her. This action unrolls as follows: She moves to Õpilasmalev portal. There she edits her user profile, by entering the different user-names of her social mediums to the specified fields in the Õpilasmalev portal. The social mediums consist of the most popular ones on the Internet (YouTube, Blogspot, Wordpress, Twitter, etc.).
Once she has entered the specified user-names, the system automatically imports content from the sites. After that she can choose to import the whole account (with later updates) or just specific “folders” from that account.
The second large action she partakes is the browsing of information about her friends made in Õpilasmalev.
Mainly this includes persons from her camp. She intends to browse through their profiles, getting updates from their input channels (YouTube videos, Tweets etc.).
The third main action she executes on the portal, is receiving different updates about the camp she is a member of (important dates, notifications etc.) and about Õpilasmalev organizational news and updates.
Objects
Objects, that she will use to better her browsing experience, should be some sort of feed importer, that is integrated to Õpilasmalev (this importer does the main job of importing content from different social mediums).
Another important object that affects the browsing experience for her, are the profiles itself – the amount and type of information, that is published by Õpilasmalev users about themselves.
