The main user for the project outcome would be the following individual:
"A fifteen year old teen-age girl, who is currently finishing her studies on the primary school level. She lives in Tallinn or its neighboring parishes. She attends one of the schools in the center of Tallinn and is an average student (no extracurricular activities and no noteworthy educational highlights).
She is somewhat literate in the web scene, using popular social media applications (Twitter, Facebook or Orkut, Youtube etc.). But the knowledge she has on these sites, is comparably low. For example - she is not familiar with the RSS feeding principles (the term is ill for her) and she doesn't realize the structure behind the login process (Google Account as an universal ID)."
Secondary user no 1
Secondary user no 2
Supplemental
1st
The supplemental user is the camp-leader. She is 20 year old woman, who attends an university and is very active socially. She has many organizations, she is part of - therefore the time she has to deal with the portal and Õpilasmalev is relatively low. But she gains motivation to do that from the salary Õpilasmalev pays her.
She wants to use minu.malev.ee for the following purposes: to get the primary contacts of her teens (kids who are part of the community (camp) she is a leader of). This means mobile numbers, e-mail address and some sort of IM client name. This wish could be greeted with some-sort of CSV export function of the user-group.
Also she wants to use the portal as a communication channel - she wants to use minu.malev.ee as a mailing list operator (to mass-email her kids).
She expects to gain a sort of administrative powers of the community (camp) she is the leader of, having the ability (among the previous ones) to see and edit a database of information of the kids that are members of the community (names of parents, doctors number etc -> this info has been entered by the kid previously).
2nd
The second second group of minu.malev.ee are the leaders of the Organization. There are 4 to 5 persons and their interests in terms of using minu.malev.ee are rather simplistic. They wish to use to inputs of the teens to use as a sort of promotional material to market Õpilasmalev as a fun and innovative youth-organization. This means the ability to easily browse through thousands of photos and tweets (blogposts) entered by the members and to pick some highlights from the material and use them in different marketing materials.
This would mean, that some sort of "Promote" function has to be existent for the members themselves to promote cool inputs or profiles.
Others
There is one super-administrator who is a paid worker (executive assistant; secondary second user group), who accepts the accounts. Then there are moderators who are camp-leaders (secondary user-group), who draft and accept the accounts to his or her community.
Also there has to be two super-administrator accounts, that are used by it-personnel to correct and restore information destroyed accidentally by the former two user groups. (And to deal with not foreseen).
Customer
(customer in this case is basically the primary user, aka the kid itself)
Served
The served person in this case is the primary user again, as she wishes to get info towards other member-users like her.
Negative
A person, who only needs to register and participate but doesn't want to take part in the social aspect. Thinks that the idea is distracting and complicated.
Feels that the internet is a threat to his or her privacy and hates the idea itself.
